1. General Information

Mann Handled Wigs offers custom wig styling, ready-to-ship wigs, and related services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and services provided through our website, www.mannhandledwigs.co.uk, or other sales channels.

2. Product Availability and Shipping

  • Ready-to-Ship Wigs: Wigs listed as "Ready to Ship" are pre-styled and will be shipped immediately upon order confirmation. Availability may vary based on stock and demand.

  • Custom Wig Styling: Custom wig orders may take 30 business days for styling and processing, depending on complexity and current order volume. Estimated processing times will be provided during checkout. Please be aware that due to the handmade nature of the wigs there maybe slight variations in the style. No two wigs will be exactly the same and any custom orders based off references images will be similar but not exact replicas of the images provided.

  • Shipping: Once your wig is styled or processed, shipping times will vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen. We ship worldwide using Royal Mail. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched .

  • International Orders: Customers outside of UK are responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with their orders.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in £s and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept debit/credit card, PayPal and Clearly.

  • Discounts or promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

4. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Ready-to-Ship Wigs: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for wigs unless they are damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the item if there are any issues.

  • Custom Styling Orders: Custom styling services are non-refundable, as they are tailored to individual requests. If there is an issue with the product upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the item to discuss possible resolutions.

  • Wig Care Products, Makeup, Garments, and Other Non-Wig Items:

    • Unopened/Unused Products: We accept returns or exchanges for wig care products, makeup, garments, and other non-wig items within 28 days of delivery, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

    • Opened/Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for makeup, wig care products, or garments that have been opened, used, or worn.

    • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your non-wig product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days or reciept of the product. We will arrange for a return or exchange once the issue is confirmed. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage.

  • Cancellations:

    • Orders for custom wig styling can be cancelled by the customer within 7 days of placement. After this period, styling work will have already begun, and cancellations cannot be accepted. However please be aware that Mann-Handled Wigs reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, in which case a refund will be processed.

    • For wig care products, makeup, garments, and other non-wig items, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

  • Refunds: Once a return is approved and the items are received in acceptable condition, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 28 business days for the refund to be processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

5. Wig Care and Maintenance

  • Proper care and maintenance of wigs are crucial for longevity. We provide styling services, but it is the customer's responsibility to follow the care instructions provided to ensure the wig remains in good condition.

  • Mann Handled Wigs is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, washing, or styling by the customer after purchase.

6. Wig Color and Style Variations

  • While we strive to provide accurate representations of colors and styles in our photos, the final product may vary slightly due to different screen settings, lighting, and hair texture. Minor differences in color or style are not grounds for a return or refund.

  • Custom wig styling requests will be discussed and confirmed before work begins. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction based on style or color variations that were not explicitly agreed upon.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All images, logos, and content on the Mann Handled Wigs website and related materials are the intellectual property of Mann Handled Wigs and may not be reproduced, modified, or used without permission.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Mann Handled Wigs is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by improper use of our products.

  • While we make every effort to ensure the quality of our wigs, we cannot be held liable for issues arising from external factors such as customer modifications, incorrect wig care, or wear-and-tear over time.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
